Are you ready to experience the benefits that come from these powerful and yet gentle and relaxing approaches?
A course of treatments usually involves between 2 and 10 sessions, depending on the nature and complexity of the issue. The initial consultation consists of taking basic information and exploring the background to the problem as you understand it. I can then determine the most suitable treatment strategy and discuss the best way forward, in addition to answering any queries and confirming you are comfortable working with me. We will also agree whether we meet in person or work remotely, and the anticipated number of therapy sessions. And while some problems, or parts of a problem, will clear very quickly, there may be deeper aspects that will require more time and patience to fully resolve.
If an issue upsets you just thinking about it, perhaps a memory from the past or a current situation, various techniques can be used to help you reduce the emotional feelings immediately. And if the feelings make it too difficult to talk about, then again there are ways to continue working without further discussion that miraculously calms down and overcomes such traumatic memories.
If you are hesitant about booking, take the next step and you will not be charged if after 20-minutes of your session starting you decide this is not the right fit for you. The only thing you will lose when working with me are your stresses, headaches and problems which is a good thing.
I generally charge £50 for each 60 minute session and currently offer discounted rates for NHS and other front line key workers. To avoid being charged for a treatment you don’t attend, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance so we can re-schedule.
The work you do with Debbie can help you to become a healthier and happier person. It is complementary to, and does not replace any medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommended by your Doctor.
